Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
✓ Certifications (Good to have): MBA
✓ Experience in IT Managed Services preferred.
✓ Experience in Service Delivery, Managed Services, Networking, Financial Planning
✓ Ability to work effectively with CTOs / CEOs and business heads and middle management who are the influencers
in routing, sustaining and growing the business
✓ Excellent networking skills with all prospective clients who are potential buyers of Managed Services
✓ 5+ years experience in techno functional & commercial role which includes
o 3+ years’ experience in multidimensional issue resolution
o 3+ years project management experience
